This jelly moon cake's skin is made with the red-fleshed fruit while the filling is made with the white-fleshed variation. Truly refreshing to eat and so beautiful to look at using a flower mold.
Each cake is approximately 3 ounces and 2.5" wide by 1.25" thick.
Since cakes are homemade, store cakes in the freezer and defrost atleast four hours before eating. These cakes can be stored in the freezer for up to three weeks.
Cakes will not ship until the last week of September, and are shipped via 1 day USPS service to the NY/NJ area. Free local pick-up is available at checkout as well.
Ingredients: agar-agar, gelatin powder, caster sugar, water, coconut milk, sweet condensed milk, red-fleshed dragonfruit, and white-fleshed dragonfruit. Cakes are made in a kitchen that works with nuts.
